PROJECT FOR A FLAT IN CHILLY-MAZARIN 2
For this project, I was asked to create the entire decoration of a new apartment.
The client wanted a place that was in line with his tastes and needs.
At his request, I created two different styles of decoration while keeping some existing furniture.
Two proposals were made around an office space and a reception area to welcome friends and family.
The first atmosphere is in the sober but elegant Art Deco style.
Based on a harmony of dark blue and white colors, it is enhanced by points of gold and wood to match the gray of the kitchen.
In the living room, the wall in front of the bedroom door and its return is painted in luminous duck blue to recall the sofa and the armchair and to take up the codes of Art Deco.
The electrical box will be found in this part will also be painted to blend in with the decoration.
The space is articulated around a blue velvet sofa in the Art Deco style and is adorned with yellow, turquoise and gold cushions to give contrast.
Gold accents are brought in for the chandelier, the curtains, the metallic wall decoration above the TV and by the mirror in the hallway.
The dining room is a continuation of the living room and has the same colors.
There is a walnut table with a golden ring on the edge giving it a precious and elegant side dressed with blue velvet chairs reminding the armchair.
The chandelier alone is the emblematic representative of the Art Deco style.
Along the wall, there is a golden console with an imitation marble top that will also serve as the client's desk.
Above it, an abstract painting and golden vases will dress it up.
The bedroom is sober and takes the colors of the living room. The paint on the bed is the same as that on the TV cabinet.
The existing furniture finds its place in this interior.
